Atlantic Data Consultants has different options to help support your business and ensure that all systems are up to date, backed up and secured.
PLAN 1
Hourly:
This is a break/fix service. Your company will call in a service request and a technicain will be assigned either on-site or remote within 24-hours. There are no contracts.
PLAN 2
Block Time:
We offer a block of hours at a discounted rate that can be used as needed. Blocks come in 20, 40, and 60 hours. There has an 8-hour response time either on-site or remote support.
PLAN 3
Small Office:
For customers wth at 1 server and fewer than 10 workstations, we provide 5 hours of on-site or remote support. Any hours above the 5 hours will be billed at a discounted rate. Includes 1 preventive maintenace (PM) support call, usually performed on the server(s) with a with a 4-hour response time.Keep Running With...ADC
PLAN 4
Monthly Maintenance:
For customers wth at least 1 server and 10 or more workstations, we provide 10 hours of on-site or remote service. Any hours above the 10 will be billed at a discounted rate. Includes 1 preventive maintenance (PM) support call, usually performed on the server(s) with a 4-hour response time.
